This was a really good movie. Turned out way different than i though it would. It was not really a haunting. A scary movie. But more of a thriller. Like how is this going to turn out.
AND WOW, what a shocker the ending was. We sat there after credits, after lights came on, and every other person in the theater gone, with our mouths open. I am pretty sure that we even saud no, and wanted it to rewind and change it.
The movie had a slow start. It even was rocky in the middle. Through out the thing you wonder if it will get better or if it will sink into your mind as, just another movie. It does start to get better, but the ending really kicks it and brings the movie to extroidenary measures.
Watch it one day. But it is not a priority.

The Bounty Hunter
This movie was really good. It mostly was cute. Of course I loved it because Gerard Butler was in it, and he is just awesome. It was funny and cute. Yes cute but I love cute movies. And him running and then tackling her was fudgen hillarious.
It had the romantic factor wich we just loved. I mean everyone knew they were going to end up back together, refall back in love, just by watching the previews. But that does not mean that I do not want to see the journey they take to get there.
I did have a few problems with some of it though. Like when there was an accident and a car was damaged and laying on its side, but nobody calls the cops. And what was he going to once everything was overr? She still skipp[ed bail and he still needs to bring her to jail. Which he does. (Sorry for the give away)
My opinion, See it, if you like these kinds of movies. And if you love Gerard Butler. (BTW, he is irish)

New Moon
Sequal to Twilight. Obviously I liked it, it was a little more boring then Twilight, but that is because it was more about her having a heart break then anything else. The werewolves being introduced this time which was the main part. And who doesn't just love Taylor Lautner. Him and his scenes with no shirt on. Which I do not really understand but I am not complaining. Ok. That was just me being 16. (that implies that my fav scene was when it was raining and he had no shirt and is hair was finally cut and steam was coming off. One day I will figure out what is being said during that scene.) Anyway, there were parts that kinda just dreaded on. Like when she was just sitting there and the camera was going in circles and months were passing. Yes, we get it. She did not move. At all.
You probably already saw it.

I Love You, Man
Fudgen hillarious. But it has Jason Seagel and Paull Rudd, so of course it is. They rock as men BFFS. Obviously this does not actually happen untill the end of the movie but the journy there creates laugh the entire way.
Peter (Paul Rudd) is a man who has always had girlfriends and never guy friends. He is getting married and needds a best man. So he tries people out. One turns out to be gay, then he finds Seagels charecter. He is not the normal, and is way different then Peter but they still make that connection. My favorite line is when they have a fight then hug, "Your a Whore, Peter" Funny. So now of of course me and my friend say that when ever we call someone a whore. Or add peter whenever someone else says it.
You cant go wrong with these two in a movie, so if you have not watched it yet, do it now. You will not regret it at all.

Twilight
Yes, I am one of those really annoying people who love Twilight. At least I know we are all really really really annoying. Any way, it is probably no surprise that I love this movie. Well I did last year when it first came out. Watched it 11 times in theaters. And twice at home. Now it is hidden behind all my other movies, and I do not really plan on watching it for a while.
Anyway, everyone in the whole entire universe knows what this movie is about. A vampire falls in love with a human and thats bad. He goes from "I can't" to "screw the rules". "I can't" "screw the rules". "yes, no, yes, no, yes, no." Really just needs to shut up, everyone knows you are going to end up together. Then there is the blonde vampire who does not like her. They say it is because she is human, but I bet it is because she is not the main character.
Whatever. No need to go into details.
You probably already seen it. If not, stop rebelling, you are not cool, just watch it.

The Stepfather
This is another movie I liked but others did not. During the previews we counted all the times that the mom should have known that there was something wrong. Then of course we also counted other things like the main characters ninja skill, the real dads bad-assness, and when the mom should have been slapped.
First of all the dad was awesome. He was going to kick the guys butt for touching his son, and that is why the mom should get slapped. If any one touches one of your children they should be kicked to the curb. And the son was like a ninja. He was always sneaking around and "over hearing" things. He is doing this everytime that he is on screen and he never gets caught.
Everything that the stepdad, well he wasn't really that they were not married yet, did screamed that he was a bad guy. I think he got enough strikes that he was in triple digits. It was insane how stupid the mom was.
See it.

Cop Out
This movie was hillarious. It was great. And I was worried about it. I did not think that I would like it because I was excited to see it. I was glad I did though.
The movie follows two cops (Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan) to find a baseball card that was stollen. Yeah, a baseball card but it is not actually that stupid. Of course they stumble on more trouble. There are a lot of great lines. Seann William Scott is also in it. He is fudgen funny.
My opinion is to see it.

The Boondock Saints II.
Almost eight years later and there is a sequel. This movie is not as great as the first one but it is pretty darn close. It was great. And I and others I know who has watched agree.
The second movie starts with the brothers in Ireland ten years later. Some guy killed a priest and framed the brothers. That forces them to go back to Boston. All the old cast members are back; Detective Greenly (Bob Marley), Detective Dolly (David Ferry), and Detective Duffy (Brian Mahoney). Even Rocco (David Della Rocco) has an apperance. In an awesome dream sequence. There is this great speach and it inspires you to go out and do something. Is Paul Smeckler (Willem Dafoe) in it? Your going to have to watch and find out. The cast is also lead by new people who fit in very nicely. Julia Benz stars as Special Agent Eunice Bloom, Smecklers protage. The new sidekick, Romeo, is played by Cliffton Collins Jr. He is very different than Rocco, but it fits. And you cant help but like him. Among others there is Billy Connolly, II Duce, who is the MacManus brothers dad. He showed up at the end of the first one.
The movie is set up the same way, has great liners. Still the action, the shooting and all. And a suprised ending that you will love than hate.
Just like the first one, this is a must see. If you like the first, you will like the second one. Check it out.

The Boondock Saints
Movie made in 1999. My favorite movie. I have not met anyone who has watched this movie that did not like it. I watched this movie last year and all I can say is "Why have I not seen this movie before now?!?!?!?!?" Granted that I was six when the movie was out, it is also a cult classic. It has very few die hard fans. Not many people have even heard of it, but once you do you tell the world. I told all my friends, and they agree, Best movie E V E R!!!!!1
This is a manly movie. Or I want to say MAN movie. It is about two (HOT) Irish fraternal twins, played by Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus, who go on vigilante killings because they think God told them too. This movie follows Connor (Sean Patrick Flanery) and Murphy (Norman Reedus) MacManus as they go through Boston and kill mob members. They are chased by a very fudgen intelligent, (This guy is super smart) FBI Agent, Paul Smeckler. He is assisted by three cops, Detective Greenly (Bob Marley), Detective Duffy (Brian Mahoney) and Detective Dolly (David Ferry). The two brothers also have a "side kick" Rocco (David Della Rocco) who joins them. With this great cast this movie can not go wrong. It has many great lines and parts that make you laugh. There is even a scene where you sit there with your mouth wide open. (cat..........) They have their own riual where they say a prayer at the end. The stick pennies on their victim eyes. I do not have a favorite part because I love the whole movie. The bar scene where they light a mob guy's butt on fire. When Connor is handcuffed to a toliet and he ripps it off than throws it off the building then jumps off of it. Or when they are fighting in the vents about rope and they fall through the ceiling and kill like 8 people upside down. The only way to describe the brothers is that they are beasts. And awesome. Every one in the movie did awesome. The movie is shot in a cool way. It has the movie but right before the shooting, they cut to afterwards where Dafoes charachter tells you what happened and you see it. This movie is a must see and it is a disappointment that it did not get a theateratrical release.
That was untill Thursday. Last Thursday on March 11, 2010, The Boondock Saints had a 10 year anniversary where they played it in theaters. It also had special features at the end. Can you guess how excited I was???? I did not stop smiling through the whole thing, and even afterwards. I laughed, and so did the whole theater. I liked them. The special features was funny and I am so glad I didnt miss it.
Anyway, the point is that this movie is a must see. A must see. A must own. A must.

Alice in Wonderland
I actually liked this movie. I thought that because it was so hyped up and that I was excited for it, it would be a big let down. But it actually was not. I was acting like a five year, giggling, laughing smiling. It could have been because it was in IMAX, or because it was the midnight showing and that I was tired. It could also have been that we all dressed up as the charachters. But I loved it. It was a Johnny Depp and Tim Burton project, which I will never get tired of, even if everybody else will.
Filled with a bunch of big stars, Mia Wasikowska did fairly well. The only bad part was the Alice was written to be kinda a whimp, and bland. She didnt have any memory of ever being there and she was boring besides the fact that she was in this amazing wonderland. (which is called underland. Makes sense there in a land in a rabbits whole, under the world.) The charachter did work for it though. She was not 7 anymore. She was 19, and it was resonable for her to not believe in it or think it is real like she did before.
Then of course there is Johnny Depp. Makes the movie awesome as he brings the Mad Hatter back to life. He was not over acted. (which one review said). He was awesome. He actually acted crazy and made me think that he was actually mad. Unlike the cartoon where I thought the dude was a little weird. Maybe to happy. He had extreme make-up. Awesome. Talked funky. Awesome. WAS JOHNNY DEPP. A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!! I mean he talked funky because he went of on weird rants in differnt accents that just brought the characheter to it potential. It was even great when he was brought back to reality. I cannot see any one else but Depp playing this charachter.
The others where Helena Bonham Carter who played the Red Queen. One of my favorites. She had a huge head, exotic make-up, and the attitude that went with the role. She was perfect for the role. I was a little sketchy about Anne Hathaway being the White Queen. It was o.k. but The way she walked, even sat or did anything, with her arms bugged the crap out of me. With Crispin Glover as the Knave of Hearts, Matt Lucas as the excentric, hillarious, and awesome twins Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, Stephen Fry as the incredible, sneaky, cool looking Chesire Cat, Micheal Sheen as nerotic White Rabbit, Alan Rickman playing the weird Catapillar, Barbara Windsor as the zany, cut Dormouse, and Paul Whitehouse as the cracked-out March Hare, all the charachters are rocking and the movie became what it is.
Beside the list of the all star class, Alice in Wonderland, had a plot. Actual moments that were awesome. Like at the end when the the Mad Hatter did his dance, and I went nuts and thought it was epic. The Futterwacken Dance. Or when the poem about the Bandersnatch and Jaberwocky. With them actually being part of the movies. (By the way, the Jaberwocky I drew was better.) And the always great riddle " What do a raven and a writing desk have in commen?" Ofcourse, Mad Hatter does not know and we never have a sure answer. This movie is great for little kids, teenagers, and maybe adults. I recommend watching it. Whenever. You just really really really have to see it. Soon. Really soon.

The Crazies
Here it is folks. The first movie I did not really like. The movie was about a deadly virus turning the people of a small town, very very very small town, crazy and pretty much destroying the whole town. The Crazies is also a remake. Some might say that that is a bad thing but I am not one of them. I think that remakes are ok. Well anyway, people are turning crazy and the movie ends up being one of the big goverment consperisy coverups. But that is not a problem either. Strike one: They tried to hard to be scary, with some comedy. The movie was trying to be really creepy and add some few quick whisp lines that made you laugh. I did, and so did eveyone else in the theater, chuckle a bit, but again they were trying to hard and it was not working for them. Strike two: They added humer. You chuckled more than you screamed, or got creeped out, or even felt an intense moment. Strike three: Way to long. Maybe it was just me but after the first hour of the movie I thought it should have ended. Strike four: The plot line. Nothing really happened but them trying to survive. But they were all over the place, going back and forth. Plus they started the scaring to early in the movie that at the points where they were figuring things out, was just boring and you zoned out and thought about other things. Last strike, Strike five: The crazy people. You came to watch crazy people. They werent even the cool crazy the people. They werent the creepy crazy people you can not help but be scared at. Or the psycho crazy people you like watching on t.v. because they are actually smart. They were not even the fun crazy people who you smile at because they are kinda awesome. They were just people who got veins sticking out of their faces and bloody noises who decided the world had to die.
So dont spend 10 bucks on this movie. Wait till its cheaper on dvd or when you can watch it on HBO.

Valentines Day
Ok. Where should I start.Well first of all lets start with the cast. Everyone and their moms are in the cast. (Ashton Kutcher said everyone and their mothers in the movie. I love that saying!!!) There is Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, Jennifer Garner, Emma Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Julia Roberts, Taylor Switft, Topher Grace, Jamie Foxx, George Lopez, Patrick Dempsey, Ashton Kutcher, Taylor Lautner, Bradley Cooper, Eric Dane, and a whole bunch of people I do not know the name to or that I forgot. Next, this movie is a romantic comedy. I loved it. It was set up like He's Just Not That Into You, but I didn't like that one. This movie made me go ahhhhhhh a bunch. Exspecially at the little kid romance. That is so cute. And old people romance, its so sweet. The movie has a lot of twists which should have been expected but me and Allie never saw coming. This part has a lot of spoiler alerts!!! First, Eric Danes charachter is gay. He is also a football player. It is not like that has not been seen before. Through out the whole movie our wondering with who. Allie hoped it would be with Dempseys charachter. It is actually with Bradley Coopers. Your sitting there thinking that it he is going to end up with Julia Roberts character. But the movie gets you intrested, well if your a girl. (and maybe if your a guy.) It has kid romance, old people romance, teenage romance, cheating, and a big giant teddy bear. Best friends fall in love, and of course Taylor and Taylor hyped of high school love. You see people into valentines day and people who hate. shton Kutcher as a florist always in a pink t-shirt and pink hat. Valentines day even has the air port chase where Ashton Kutcher runs around with no shoes on. In an air port!!! "you have no idea what is on the floors" says a securiy gaurd. People end up together and end up alone too. What I am saying is that this movie has everything that something about valentines day should, and its the perfect movie to see if your like me and get all smily when there is romance around.
When In Rome Review
I am 100% sure that not anyone would like this movie. Yes it did get low reviews but that is so not the reason why. It is because I liked the movie, enough to buy it anyway. It made me and my friend laugh. Even when it was at immature moments. But hey we are teenagers and that is what we do. The guy kept saying sausages. "Don't forget your sausage!!!" Come on!!! How would you handel that!!!!!! Plus this movie had some excelent things that I want to try. No, I am not going to Rome and standing in a fountain and steal coins. I am not stupid. But I want to try to go to this place, I am not sure if they really exsist, but where you eat in the dark. Only the waiters know what is happening because the have night googles. Me and my friend thought it was awesome. Then I want one of those little tiny Italy cars. Not because I'm short. But so i can do what they did. They cramed six people into it (thats probably everyone I know :)! ) and they raced through the town. The best part is that they open the door to the building. The one magic guy, played by John Header, thought he opened them. It was really an old lady in a wheel chair pressing the accsessable button. The best part is that they then get into the elevater. There is even a guy in there that presses the button for them!!!!! OK, so I liked the movie. It was funny and had epic moments. It also helped that I liked the people in it. Kristin Bell, Josh Duhmal, John Header, Danny Devito, Will Artnet. There was also Dax Sheperd who is David(buttercup's) older twin.
Legion Review
This movie was AWESOME!!!!! I am not one of those religious people who go to church or read the bible all the time but I do know most of that stuff. But it is not needed for this movie. All it really is about is God created man, man became stupid, God got tired of it so he sent his angels down to kill the human race. Michael the archangel, played by Paul Bettany, decided to save them. And to do that he has to save some pregnant chick. Who knew that the only hope for humans was a girl who had sex before marriage, and was going to abort her child. IRONY! Anyway, some guy named Jeep, yeah we said the same thing. Well I really just wanted to let you people know some guy was named that. This movie has it scary moments. Like the old lady in the diner and a little boy with a deep voice. Now we all know how creepy little children and old people are, this movie just proves that they are going to be the end. I could have guessed that. This movie also had its funny moments. So all together, it was pretty awesome. It was also intense. Who dosn't enjoy a movie about the appocalypse? And one that is because the human kind is stupid. Thats not a shocker. We are probably going to be the reason the world ends. And as your watching the movie, you are saying. "Idiot! no wonder why God wants to kill you!" Of course there is a moral at the end of the movie, but there is one in every movie. What I like about this movie is that it makes you think. Even if you are not religious.
The Lovely Bones Review
This movie is based on a book so I do not really care about spoiling it for anybody. I am going to complain alot about this movie but I loved it and is still going to buy it once it comes out on dvd. First, I do not mean to sound like a completly bad person, but Susie Salmon (dead girl), wasn't the smartest girl ever. I know it said that things like this did not happen back then but COME ON!!! You do not talk to creppy neighbors in fields, AND you DEFINETLY DO NOT go under ground into a creepy hole with them. Next has to deal with the parents. WTF!!!! one child dies and you totally forget about the other two!!!???!!! NO, that does not work for me. THe mom totally abandons and leaves the other two children, and her mom, with the dad (played by Mark Whalburg) for years. She pretty mch is saying "oh i liked her better." and then she came back and everything was ok. No, no it was not. I would have thrown her on her ass. But i do get the parents grieving in their own way. What I dont get is the guy. First of all, not even her boyfriend. Second of all, you two didnt even go on your first date yet. So shut up, you were not in love. Maybe these points are what made the movie so good, or it could be that her own secret world was like one big acid trip. Either way it was great movie, and recommend it.
Daybreakers Review
This movie is awesome!!!!!!! Knew it would be really good, William Defoe and Ethan Hawke, of course it would. But i did have my doubts. It wasn't annoying lake all the vampire crap that has come out last year when it became popular. It wasn't some stupid love story, the people only hinted at it. It was action packed vampire move that was rated r, (which is probably why it was so good.) Vampires blow up when they get staked, (which in every new vampire movie doesn't kill them) they need to drink human blood to survive (no substitute) and sunlight KILLS them!!!! ( no sparkly crap!!!!) Of course the movie breaks the rules also. The vamps can drive in the sunlight but the cars are all decked out and make you think, "duuuuuuuuuuude.... awesome" Than of courses there is the shocker that you will never ever guess. Heres a hint, it deals with the cure you here about in the previews. There is alot of blood and many parts that make you jump in your seat. Especially when the ubervamps appear with there bald heads, deformed faces, sharp teeth, claws, wings, and Spock ears. My thought process will mostly be the same as yours where you want to bitchslap a bunch of people because they are idiots, and throughout the whole thing think that William Defoe is badass.
